This endpoint searches for phone numbers associated with people based on different search criteria.
Search Options:
• LinkedIn Search: Provide only linkedin URL (no need for domain/name)
• Domain + Name Search: Provide both domain and name (no need for LinkedIn)
• Type: Always required - specifies the type of phone number to search for

Rate limits: 5 requests per second, 300 per minute, and 18,000 per hour.
